Welcome!

As this is my first official post on this blog, I want to welcome you all! I hope my posts wont scare too many of you off right away, but I am going to start with where all I have been in North America. I am not the most well traveled as I have yet to cross any oceans, however I believe I have made the most out of all the places I have been too. Most of my travel has been for personal or work and as such the format of my posts will be 2-3 posts about each location, one focusing on the Wildlife in the area, the others being my experiences and what exciting opportunists there are in the areas.

So where all have I been? Well I have covered a large portion of North America and have lived in many different places.

All the places I have been. I have spent at minimum one night in each state/province.

I travel a lot for pleasure as many people do, but my pleasure is seeing very remote places to experience the amazing wildlife this world holds. I also travel for work and as my profession is wildlife biology I also get experiences handling or studying amazing species. From the Lesser-long nose bats ( Leptonycteris yerbabuenae ) of Arizona and New Mexico to the massive Polar Bears ( Ursus maritimus ) of Churchill, Manitoba I love to learn about them all.

This map shows more specifically where I have been by city.

So once more thank you for joining me on this adventure. I will start by posting about places I have already been in the past 8 years and then move onto where I travel in the mean time with a bit of where I would like to go in between. Perhaps you will join me on my next adventure?

A rough draft of my next great road trip! (Include Baja into plans as well)
